Simonizer, appears to be coming together pretty quick. From previous video's and digging, it looks like the ocean shelf drops pretty quick from the shoreline, (excellent fishing), it also appears the structure is pretty much-exposed magma or solid rock as opposed to shale or fractured ...That's good...Harbor appears to be all deepwater areas which attracts larger vessels. The breakwater areas by one of the (3) Resorts/Beach Club and Marina appears rather extensive and separated....Love the airstrip...Looking Good..
