Are they that stupid to even say such a thing? We have plenty of shares already authorized for equity offerings! Seems they want to pad the pockets of the BOD? Strategic acquisitions? Are they serious? More about a equity offering and more shares for them. How many shares are already authorized? Does anyone know for sure? I thought it was around 200,000 shares? Or am I way off? How many shares are they asking for? Just in case they need them? Seems they want enough to give themselves even more shares when retail here has been taking up the butt! I'm disgusted with the BOD I'm ready for some hedge fund to get busy and remove these dead weighted Board members. I tell you what why don't you get the stock to $20 then we will vote and get you some shares for strategic acquisitions and equity offerings! Not going to vote for anything these board members want!
