In regards to the recent vote to authorize additional shares.
I posted, "I am concerned about the authorized shares being presented with the premise being, that they were to be used, primarily, as collateral for securing a loan from Mercatus. Now, from what I understand, it doesn't look like the Mercatus deal is going to happen. What are they going to do with all those shares? Does this have shades of the "reverse-split for getting on NASDAQ" on it? This deal was too "iffy" to suit me. That's why I voted against it. Please don't consider this a "bash". It's just something, as shareholders, we need to be concerned about. It's our company and our money."

sauseishot responded, "Austin I asked Brad that very question and it was brough up in the s/h meeting question and answer period. Brad's answer: the shares won't be used if the Mercatus loan does not take place."

If this is the case, we need to keep an eye on those shares, if not used as collateral for securing a Mercatus loan, and hold Ketch accountable. Further dilution MUST be kept to a minimum and be used with prudence.
