THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Jan. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: SMLP) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner, Summit Midstream GP, LLC, has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.575 per unit on all of its outstanding common units, or $2.30 per unit on an annualized basis, for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. This quarterly distribution remains unchanged from the previous quarter and from the quarter ended December 31, 2016. This distribution will be paid on February 14, 2018, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 7, 2018.
