The company does not need to spend the rest of the 200 million shares..Those shares can sit forever in their A/S column.This is at the company's discretion.

Never assume that the company stops dilution or selling shares,but was is apparent from yesterday's pr that they now have revenue potential and last week's private investor given shares for monies may just be the execution of bringing backorder to market.
