with all due respect, your comments lead me to believe you know very little about this company, it's history, it's potential, and it's strategies moving forward. not every company and stock is a pump pump pump. sometimes there is substance and honesty behind a company. especially one with a humanitarian cause as is this one, built by impact investors that are long $CPWR for the long term, not people solely after picking up pt here and pt there. if that's your goal, i'd look elsewhere as this isn't for you

also, it looks like that registration of securities is an exciting infusion of capital by a VC firm who's committing up to $15M of equity investment into the company to assist it with driving the company forward. as a shareholder, that institutional commitment gives me confidence looking forward
