People should realize that the opposite of hype is fear. There is minimal dilution. The last offering was for under 14 million shares or about 10% of the OS. If anything it would perhaps justify a 10% drop in the pps. The share price has dropped much more than that already.

Then their's the fear that there'll be a big share dump when the warrants are exercised. Again, it's nonsense to assume that the 52 qualified investors who purchased those warrants at an exercise price of $1.25 would all decide to sell at the same time even if the price were above $1.25 and the warrants actually had value. There are hundreds of InMed investors who are in the green, myself included. We hold because we expect greater return in the future. The 52 private qualified (i.e. they have assets in excess of $1 million) investors who took part in the last private placement will hold or sell for the same reasons any other shareholder would.
