Good morning board,

It's been my priviledge to be a board moderator since July 2005 (and before that, assistant moderator starting in April 2005). Over the history of the board, it's grown from around 5 posts a day to highs some days of over 300. Since I've been helping out with moderating, the board has gone from around 10,000 posts, to now almost 92,000. That's a lot of posts to moderate! lol

I've moderated as long as I can (actually longer than I had planned originally) and now I'm ready to pass the moderating "torch" on to another long time iHubber and shareholder, Kokonutguy; just as in the past the moderating transition has been smooth, I anticipate the same this time also. I know Kokonutguy will do as great a job at moderating as he has with assistant moderating. Thanks Kokonutguy for stepping up to the head moderator role!

This transition is not a reflection on anything other than my moderating "burn-out" after moderating for around18 months and decreased time available to moderate. It has been my pleasure to moderate the NEOM iHub board, and I will continue to post and be as involved, I just won't have the moderating role any longer.

Also, I am happy to announce that ss9173 has graciously offered to be the new assistant moderator, taking the position vacated by Kokonutguy. He's already been a great contributor to the board, and I know he'll be a great assistant moderator.

Thanks to Kokonutguy and Steelers_Fan for their time and efforts they've contributed as assistant moderators; I know it can be a thankless job at times and the pay sucks (ha ha..zero) but I know it is appreciated by NEOM shareholders, lurkers, and potential shareholders.

I'm looking forward to the launch of qode which NEOM has signaled in various PRs will happen in the 4Q, and wish all NEOM shareholders all the best; we've got a great group of shareholders. I enjoyed getting to meet many of you at the June SHM, and look forward to meeting more of you at the next meeting, where ever it may be!

All the best,

Jen
