Cellucci Associates, Inc. Opens Second Office in Kazakhstan

Washington, D.C. – January 25, 2015. It was announced today that Cellucci Associates, Inc. opened its second office in the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana. The expansion is a result of its continued interest in working with the Government of Kazakhstan and other regional interest. The firm opened its first office in Kazakhstan in 2014 in Almaty.

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Thomas A. Cellucci, PhD, MBA was the first American elected to the Board of Directors (Coordination Council) of the Eurasian Economic Club of Scientists Association (EECSA). Cellucci was a guest of the Government of Kazakhstan at the Astana World Economic Forum in 2014.

Cellucci commented: “Over the course of the past year I’ve been a guest of the Government of Kazakhstan at various events in the region. We’ve established a great relationship based on the advancement of science, technology, and business.”

Cellucci Associates, Inc.’s interests in Kazakhstan are representative of the firm’s core capabilities and include science and technology, economic development, and government-to-government advisory services.

Mr. Quintana additionally expressed his vision for positioning the Government of Kazakhstan as a world leader in cyber security and assisting the Republic maintain economic autonomy through enhanced national security.

Cellucci Associates, Inc. has established a close working business relationship with the U.S. State Department. The firm’s strategy for Kazakhstan includes commercialization based partnerships for fiscal strength & security throughout government, which include regional projects, related to critical key infrastructure.
