If a "stock" is at .0001--on the ask--there is NO bid.
A .00001/.000001 is NOT a bid, because thee and me cannot buy any.
It is simply the "owner"-who AGAIN-can purchase shares from the MMs at .00001/.000001, they may not buy LOTS because it would pique the interest of the authorities.
