FWIW, IMO ... translation of presentation in Freedom Holding Corp background is

CTPYKTYPA is "the structure"

with Timur, T. P. 81.21%

TT's name is Timur Ruslanovich Turlov, the "P" is "R" translated and sometimes Timur is referred to as Timur Ruslanovich (I believe his mother's surname)

after the split and "new" shares, is that not how much TT now owns? I believe this IS part of the roadshow and it's on peeps!
Sometimes roadshows are 2 weeks or have been 4 weeks, again looking at 10Q time of Feb 15th or last week in Feb. TT has already sold shares to "special" investors such as in Dubai, Asia or other deep pockets and is now hitting up the average investor - as has been pattern in the past SPO/IPO's FFIN conducted. The "institutional" buyers are set while the little guy is used for fanfare to increase demand for higher PPS and make a little money for all = success! TT's formula has worked so far.

This is his baby, his moment to achieve legitimacy and dream of NYSE....all good!
