For the short term it seems better to do business with only one firm and not to go shopping and make shortterm deals with more companies. Now we know with whome we are dealing and there will be no surprises.

Please lets not start the discussion around Lind again, waist of time and won’t bring anything.

There is money in the(ir) pocket so they don’t have to waist time and money looking and negotiating terms etc. And can do their business as usual.

The thing is, when there is no money some people get nervous about a lot of things and when there is money for 5 month other people are thinking about a delay in the financing.
