A LITTLE ABOUT MIDAM
Midam only illegally sold about 1 Million Shrs during a day or two last February 2017. This small amount was out of the 23M Total Shrs that Midam had been issued. Which they have sold a Total of about 9 Million Legally as of that time.

Those 1M Shrs were most likely a Fat Fingered mistake or accident. Or possibly some kind of Miss-Communication. But most likely NOT the fabricated deliberate act of treason that some try to make it out to be ... LOL !!!

Although you really can't blame Midam for wanting to sell their Shrs, whether Legally or Not, this is still not a reason for This Company's continued downward demise.

Keep in mind that there were Hundreds Of Millions Of Shrs sold prior, since Mid-2016, by the Common Investors wanting to get out due to the Continued Negative Income and growing signs of Topping-Out and Impending Contraction.
