We are presently awaiting emergence from bankruptcy. The Trustee Final Report (TFR) has been completed and submitted to a judge for approval. There is a deadline of January 23, 2017 for objections to the TFR. After that date the judge can approve the report and officially declare ASFX free from debt and cleared of any responsibility stemming from the BK. On Jan 24, 2018 correspondence was received from the above attorney that there were no objections to the TFR. The order has now been submitted to the judge for approval!

Since this company has been in bankruptcy since 2012 there have not been any recent filings, news, or material events.
