That, and it would not make sense that the NOL would be applied to a franchise who is JUST starting to branch out.... I think CG was one of the first brands they wanted to bring on board, with another company merging into UHLN behind the scene. I highly doubt that CG had a high enough Tax situation for the NOL to be effective or important.
