1. So, far we have not had mindless pumps by MMEX.
2. So far MMEX has accomplished everything they have stated.
3. So far MMEX has received several toxic loans.
4. So far the PPS has tanked from GB.
5. So far MMEX has hired/contracted with a few reputable firms.
6. So far no financing news is in sight.
7. So far there is a RS in the future if MMEX does move this up above .01
8. So far there was a useless GB. Useless, because MMEX has had ample time to put out a PR to explain several events that have taken place.
This leads me to believe that MMEX may build a refinery but it will not include the share structure currently. MMEX is not shareholder friendly!!
