Stock Market…Would not be trading if it was closed.

If this company was no longer an active company and closed all shareholders would have received a notice last year. I have been holding stock in this company since 2014. I have never received a notice of it closing and opening under a new name. I have been buying up the stock and waiting for a buyout.
