Vplm is a crap shoot. They won in a ptab that has been indisputably proven to be a corrupt agency. They are not corrupt only when their rulings are against what you believe in, they are corrupt period! It's an insult against intelligence to think they were corrupt when the boss stacked the deck, and when the boss defied the SCOTUS, and when the panel judges were found to be with major conflicts of interest, and when they were fired.....and then to think they are a superb group of ladies & gentlemen when the new panel appointed w/o any given reason, find in favor of your best interests. That's bullshit. It's so transparent it's funny. And to think that there is no connection whatsoever in the letters (great letters) that threatened to file felony charges agonist each individual in the PTAB group, and that panel replacement is just as bereft of any honest common sense. I said a long time ago that one monkey wrench after another could be expected to happen vs the big check just around the corner. No one here even had a clue there were going to be those IPRs, no one! But I guarandamnteeya that the BOD knew about it. How could a stellar BOD, with all the best of the IP & voip related resumes not know about the America invents act?
