The KAD expansion is going to expand distilling from 2,200 barrels (Jefferson's buys 65% of that capacity) a year to 12,000'ish a year. Jefferson's is going to soak most of that up.

It also should fill the new warehouse within the first year.

Knowing KAD production capacity is a good piece of information to know. We never knew it before.

In one of Trey's / Jefferson's videos, he noted that each of their warehouses is currently holding 8,000 barrels. That means Jefferson's is buying and adding 6,000 barrels a year to inventory from other sources for further aging and or immediate bottling.

It would be a lot better for consistency if Jefferson's produced most of what it will sell in the future under its own roof.

The KAD expansion, and the deal announced last week with BBCo is huge for the future availability of Jefferson's bourbons on store shelves in the years to come.

At some point in the coming weeks I expect we will learn how much more ROX is investing in the project and if their ownership percentage is going to change.

I suspect Mr. Frost can come up with the needed financing faster than Mr. Thompson. We'll see what's going on I suspect when the 10Q comes out, if not sooner in an 8K.

ROX is planning for a big future with Jefferson's. It's driving our train now and picking up speed.
