I totally agree with you WDDD far different from VRNG, Because of that I invested in WDDD even I lost a lot in VRNG, you are right this is a PTAB not district court, however in Judge panel list, the 12 or 15 judges same as VRNG's case, then why we are concerned about bad or good judges? Because I just want to remind Capstart7 in post #29715 that believe judge will do the right thing and fair, I am same as most of you I concern about judge panel selection. I did learn the lesson in the pass already.
For my own opinion, If we can settle early with 500 millions ( I do not know you guys agree or not), this way can avoid PTAB appeal and we might get bad judges in panel, if we go to district court even we win but we can't guarantee ATVI won't appeal? The settlement money guarantee and WDDD can follow the other infringers... I am not a lawyer , I am not WDDD owner, neither ATVI. Just my thought, I am greedy too, 13.00/share I never refused ! We are human same as all judges, all kind of people.
