Here is the sign that would greet you as you entered the building (if the door isn't padlocked yet....)
The volume you are seeing isn't a "run up".... it's a sell off as the people who have been paid with shares to settle lawsuits or in exchange for services are looking to DUMP and get whatever they can before this goes lower or it is dissolved completely!
I wouldn't put it past Cyclone to be giving large sums of shares to a stock manipulator in exchange for very little cash in the hopes that they extend their death sentence by another month. When I say "giving" I mean even cheaper than the 45% discount they offer anyone who wants to hand over cash.
