<OT> Diver....thanks for putting up the good fight. If more people would do this perhaps we wouldn't be facing such high insurance costs etc because of unfounded lawsuits. My son was hit while driving his car by an intoxicated pedestrian. The man admitted to drinking a twelve pack of beer before attempting to run across six lanes of traffic. My son's car was in the fifth lane. We should have sued him for damages to the car. The insurance company, after getting notified by a local attorney that they were going after a huge amount of money, decided to settle. MY SON WAS NEVER CITED. Their reason was that it would be cheaper to settle than to fight it out in the courts. Needless to say, I was really angry. SH
