The ASKE transfer agent has been instructed to irrevocably set aside 1,844,000,000 shares in favor of Michael Zoyes and 1,156,000,000 shares in favor of Sonny Boyd Williams LLC. And then there’s hundreds of thousand of dollars owed them that are convertible to common.
