Cannabis stocks rallying!!!

New budget vote in Congress expected to pass amendment protecting marijuana from DOJ, and this could send whole sector rallying! Already seeing soem cannabis stocks taking off!

This could make CIIX pending spin-off dividen of their cannabis division much hotter!!
