Everyone since 1999 has been torched on this. It went public at $2.50 and went straight to pennies. All involved lost their licenses as brokers and many paid big fines. Now Darryl owns it and had 85 million shares to sell. So far they’ve done direct mail, oil and gas, and weed. They pump and fade then re-emerge to do it over.
