Question? Your statement that iBliss is a done deal and will result in $15million in revenue for EAPH, is that based on some research you have done or is that based on what EAPH said in a PR? Have you seen iBliss's books and can confirm you saw $15million in Revenue? Have you spoke to the leadership of iBliss and confirmed that they are now 100% owned by EAPH?

Because as of the filing in December of 2017, their was no closed deal with iBliss, it was being re-negotiated, that's according to their filing, which I get the sense they aren't so loose with with the pie in the sky statements you'll find in the PR's and tweets.
