Folks, shareholders of record 22 Jan 2018 will get 90 shares for each share held in GBTC...Now suppose I was holding 10 shares in GBTC through 22 Jan 2018; sell today at 1,700 and so banking some 17,000....

On 26 January 2018, I will get 10*90=900 shares....trading at an estimate of $17-$25...Will my account show GBTC value of $18,000 (assuming $20) or will it show $1,000 (difference between my sale proceeds - $17,000 and the $18,000)?
