Did anyone of you read the Security Registration Statement? I mean, they are clearly talking about not having enough money to continue operation. If the merger falls through CEO and CFO are leaving. That is not something to take lightly. I was about to pull the trigger yesterday but decided to read the latest statement. Please read for yourself. It is unfortunate because the whole idea about Blockchain is great. But not everyone can have a slice of the pie. Sorry to be a downer, but it is in their statement. I actually made it sound better than it all is. Read please.
