Hello Everyone

I am a long time watcher of this post and a long time investor of BLOZF and BTHCF. I had met Kal several years ago during the infancy stage of BLOZF while working as a beat cop in Downtown Las Vegas. From initially meeting him (by chance) and conversing with him, I was immediately intrigued by the potential of his device. After our conversation was done, I quickly completed some more research and invested into BLOZF. I think it is safe to say that I am a believer on here and am invested for the long haul.

With that being said, I know the potential for this device in combating the recent legalization of marijuana. While reading this string it seems everyone is worried about a "court approved" device. I know from working in Law Enforcement that most case law isn't made prior to something happening. I think people have this idea that Cannabix just makes an appointment with the United States Supreme Court and they decide if the device is accepted or not. This could not be father from the truth. Most items that Police Departments implement are presented to the department by the company wishing to sell the item. After a presentation, the department weighs the risks versus the benefits when purchasing said item. These items can range from body worn cameras or in this case a marijuana breathalyzer. After a decision is made from the higher command, they decide to buy the item or continue on. Most items in the police world are shared throughout departments in the United States. For instance, if something is working for the NYPD they would share it with other departments.

Each state obviously has state law that each department must follow. But as I am sure most of you already know that Federal law supersedes state law. If you look at Federal law there is already case law supporting the use of alcohol breathalyzers. The recent court rulings from the United States Supreme Court in 2016 from Birchfield v. North Dakota stated “The impact of breath tests on privacy is slight, and the need for BAC [blood alcohol content] testing is great.”

From what I have read so far from Cannibx there is no difference between an alcohol breathalyzer and a marijuana breathalyzer. Logistically it's the same device and implemented the same way. The science is obviously different but the method of use is the same. From using the alcohol breathalyzer countless times while working the street, its one of the simplest tools to use in the police world.

With the increase in states legalizing marijuana the need for this device is way overdo. The only way to combat this now is by conducting a Field Sobriety Test (FST) to see if the driver is impaired. If the driver fails the FST's then they are arrested. If you believe the driver is impaired by a controlled substance then a blood test HAS to be done so the lab can test for the suspected narcotic. This process takes several weeks if not months to complete by the lab due to backlogs. It is also expensive. In my professional opinion this device is greatly needed by Law Enforcement.

In conclusion, I think everyone worried about a court accepted device needs to look at laws that are already implemented by the United Stated Supreme Court. There is already a very strong foundation for breathalyzers and the utilization of them in the Law Enforcement world. This isn't a device that's going to read your mind, it's simply doing something new that a device that's already established is accomplishing. This is the exact reason I told everyone I knew about buying the stock at .15 a share when I found out about it. I am a believer and I believe in the potential for this device for the future, not only in the marijuana world but for other controlled substance like methamphetamine and heroin.

Hoped this helped and good luck to all in this exciting adventure.
