Exactly right.

Which was exactly his plan from preclinical 6 years ago. The only difference is the addition of the "B" arm and now we have 3 arms to maximize value. His original premise was that greatest value with least dilution was gained at end of P2 trials and he would grow the science until finalizing deals then. I think he has done an excellent job of maintaining focus, progressing through P2 trials and minimizing dilution all by implementing his plan.
The company is where it is now by design.
