One reason: it’s never happened before. And, the closing price of the 2008 candles ( exclude wicks , only solid body of candle ) are currently being vested by the size of this January candle. Nor , has there ever been a candle this far above the upper BB ( 50,2,2) .

But, you are correct in that, just because it’s not happened before doesn’t necessarily mean things will suddenly reverse, and just because techs are all at ATH on monthly fractal doesn’t mean they won’t continue.

BUT....one thing I’ve not seen anyone be able to answer differently than myself. How will the 9 ema not hit the upper BB ( 50,2,2) on the monthly chart ? It’s never been this close and current trajectory puts it hitting the upper BB, something that just can’t happen . There will have to be an amelioration if this condition.
