“Juan murga was the ceo of DRMC AND THEN ZRZH. John TAYLOR and I purchased he and his wife’s control block of over 2 billion common shares and all the preferred shares ( see annual report on otc markets) when we took over the company and sold next generation farming into Zerez holdings in October 2016. Murga resigned concurrently.
The only officers and board members are John Taylor and Don Smith.”
