It was a very strange day yesterday. I had a bid in at .02 all day yesterday. It filled only 25k of the order after 3 pm. All the .01s yesterday and I couldn't get any of them. E trade said it wasn't their fault that the order didn't fill and couldn't explain why the .01s were filling before my .02. I have a complaint filed with them to get more answers.
