Agreed. I believe your valuation is quite accurate--IME they are going to be able to leverage the 50,000,000 in spades and it looks like the ON-SWITCH will be pulled very shortly. I would think on the order of 2-10X--and I'm likely being way conservative. ADTM is extremely deceptive--ICEBERG of $$$$$$$$$$ hidden beneath the surface...

50,000,000 is HUGE stand-alone.
