Was this 3.6 million from Daves 4.5 billion shares, or did an investor sell 3.6 million? - Whereby saving the investor from the upcoming reverse split.

Who pays when there is no new buyers? The marketmaker pays the 360.00 either way.

If these selling episodes keep happening with no buyers, the marketmaker will hand over the full 450K to Dave by adding 4.5 billion to the outstanding shares.
