Bloomberg lists a company called CON Alimentos SA de CV that has its corporate office in Mexico City. But maybe Grupo RCH does too (their web page doesn't say where they are based).

If Grupo RCH is the company connection (as Welch is said to have asserted) then the whole thing is definitely a scam.
