Now we have a crowd called RCH Grupo thrown into the mix, said to be stated by IPhone by Michael Welch himself. Now we have four contenders for being the parent/partner company of CBD Alimentos SA de CV:

CON Alimentos SA de CV (Corporate Office Mexico City)
Delisource Alimentos SA de CV (Corporate Office El Marque, Mexico)
Adro Alimentos SA de CV (nothing known)
Grupo RCH (is into pharmaceuticals, furniture, construction, commerce and supplies - also "Grupo RCH has had the pleasure of collaborating with departmental shops, pharmacy chains, small shops, various stores and supermarkets to mention some")

Nothing in the Grupo RCH activities about beverages, and if it is the real party connected to CBD Alimentos then a rip-off name company has been set up in imitation of the established CON Alimentos SA de CV.
