We closed .08 Take that all day.

The clock has started ticking.
Have a date set, Oil States coming in June while we wait for decision which should be August-September leaving us time to possibly even make it to district court this year.
Clock is ticking for people buying shares, we know we have essentially a binary event happening on 3-9-18. Binary type events drive the price up in pennies. Then 6 months to get decision, so those worried about ''dead money'' know.
Clock is now ticking for ATVI being as Wifi One leading to time bar possibility, Oil States leading to PTAB invalidated, and a Judge Panel that can institute some or all claims returned. So now the pressure is mounting, and if those claims return, that is extremely bad news for them. Dodging 6 claims, hard enough, now put 55 on there with Markman, PTAB, and CAFC all essentially validating WDDD patents...

I anticipate a nice climb into March, IMHO
would love to see a Markman type run leading up to 3-09-18.
Strong moves so far in 2018...the worm may have just turned.
