A few quick things.

Hope all you want, but...There will be no new litigation started till after this one is resolved.
Bank on that. My opinion of course, but from watching the company the last few years, doing tons and tons of research, that aint happening.
Nail this down, then move on.

Blockchain is a distinct possibility being as you look at Kidrin's background, and some of the others involved with the company. So yes there is a distinct possibility, but Kidrin is not a pumper, he talks about and releases info he knows is lock down, not might or could be. The man has a plan I am sure, take a look at what he has accomplished and sacrificed here along the way. He could have pumped and gotten PPS up and then sold, but nope...he has a plan, he was and is willing to sacrifice his own short term interests for a long term goal.

The Judge panel selection, there will be tons of stuff to digest leading up to that. Posts from all kinds of people. So take it all in and make your own decisions. A couple of Judges flat we don't want- Dyk and Mayer
Newman and Chen are judges we do. The rest are all not so clear and can get muddied up depending on who they get paired with. Will post some more info, but not at the house looking at all my research so far...
