The release of the audited fins happens when they are completed. The whole idea of audits is that an independent third party does the audit so you (the CEO) has no impact on the findings. So he cannot release them without them being completed.

Do I wish we were already at $.03? Hell yes. But I also know that I am heavily invested in multiple stocks on NASDAQ that don't have nearly the company transparency ONCI does about what he is attempting to do.
