Asking millions of dollars over $66,000 in loans. Will be thrown out for unjust enrichment. It's laughable. And they weren't issued certs for their notes because the attorney didn't issue the letter. There was obviously something wrong with their notes or they were paid. The merger couldn't' have gone through without examining this issue and addressing notes.
