I think it is beyond of lack of respect for shareholders. I would make a public records request to NVSOS for the Amendment she submitted to NVSOS on December 19, 2017.

I have seen her application for Amendment on the Name Change to Cacique Mining. In that application she misrepresented that 100% of shareholders voted to approve the name change.

I suspect she has also told NVSOS that a majority of shareholders voted to increase the Authorized Shares.
