L2 will change on any hint.... no matter I look at 309.1 on A/C line which has built up from under 200... that points it was 90 days of bid sitting & holding.... the move 2 weeks ago was investor anticipation... what's left is untapped until news drop... there not much left there... Furthermore, I've been through this process when initial PR's are in mid-Nov, (90 days later) the 2nd suddenly drops pretty close near that mark in Feb. These guys probably worked through October to get these definitive/NOL agreements figured out the action needed and was ready to let us know late October their intentions. 90 day mark is Thursday... I guarantee it's in legal's hands before any peep of the undisclosed party.

And this all started from a tweet before the website went dark and that probably shouldn't have gone out & hand slap occurred...

I love the fact the structure has been untouched... if that doesn't tell us anything...
