I don't know if people are playing games to try and get other people to sell their shares a cheaper price so they can flip and blah blah blah but I can say this, after several weeks of languishing at this level, at best it can be said that this is what the stock is valued at. It's not being held down, being manipulated, this is the value of the stock based on the current information available. Only thing preventing it from going into the trips and then into forgotten land is that so many people just recently dumped thousands and thousands of dollars in to the stock at higher levels and are averaging down, keeping it active with the hopes that one day the company will rise and do something to help mitigate or erase their losses.
