It's just a result of the float slowly but surely being locked up over the past 2 years. Not a lot of shares left at these prices and with some people speculating about the China online lotto ban getting lifted soon it's resulting in a trickle of buying. The bullish chart and locked up float is why this is able to move in leaps on light volume like this.
