McKowen's outburst in November 2017 gave the TRUE story as to what is going on inside the company. Now they are trying to bandage the wounds by saying the McGrow and GrowCo are going to merge and move towards an IPO.

Their case against the previous tenant has started to pay dividends as they won a preliminary victory and the tenant and his lawyer have asked for mediation from some of the parties, but not all, with the hopes that one can convince the others to settle for a much lower amount.
