Class 10B is not defined as LBHI equity interest in the disclosure statement. Not 10A or B or 11 either.

Read this again. You have misconstrued.

LBHI Classes 10A, 10B, 10C and 11 and Classes of Equity Interests in each
Debtor are not entitled to receive or retain any property under the Plan and,
therefore, are deemed to have rejected the Plan pursuant to section 1126(g) of
the Bankruptcy Code.



Key word there is "and" Class of equity. Implies the others are not equity. They are debt.

Look at every trade like a dog would.
