Simply put, gJh, you need to talk with MSKCC's Dr. Wolchok, as I have, to bring yourself up to date.

There has always been a disconnect between the lab and trial..

That's because the world is against Bavi's success, correct?

Or, maybe, as many drugs fail in translation from dish to humans?.

It seems hopeful that MSKCC labs and Dr Thorpe have appreciated the science, and the potential has been thoroughly entertained.

However, I'd like to know what Bavi's limitations are, in regards to PK?

Have you ever asked that?
