That’s an XREE PR that has to do about spinning a positive light on a deal to dilute the stock as much as possible before getting to 0.0001 and a reverse split in exchange for up to $50,000,000...

So basically just a fancy pr indicating that XREE has come to a deal with a toxic death spiral cd note lending company saying the toxic loan shark cd note holding company will gladly take shares from the company at a 50% to 75% discount then sell them immediately and the company can have a portion of the money, and they will do this deal until 0.0001 then will begin again after the reverse split!!!
