I chatted with Seirra at UT SOS Division of Corporations on December 21, 2017.

On that date Seirra said this > "I don't see a Timothy Peabody ever listed on the business."



She also said this > "Right now, the only principals listed on the business are Alan Bailey as Director and Treasurer, and Northwest Registered Agent LLC as the Registered Agent."

peabody and li aren't listed ANYWHERE on the business (SRMX)!
